Victor N. Barakat Distilling Company

A name was born in 1982, the name Victor was given to our founder at his birth. However, when the time came for deciding on the name for his handcrafted spirits, there was no better name than VICTOR. The name translated to Nasser in Arabic, or winner as another acronym. Hence, the finest spirits are the Victor's. 

While his initial love of chemistry made him head in the direction of Pharmacy School in Boston, he decided that the drugs he prefers are those with the essence of the heart. Victor moved in the direction of managing and establishing startup Liquor Businesses. This is where he developed a love for creating delicious spirits that speak and appeal to every culture and palate as he received his education and earned a living in Boston, USA.

Inspired by the ancient stories he was fortunate to hear from his Parents, to his Great grandparents in addition to his curious outlook and observing, Victors passion for Science and love for his roots, encouraged him to create a new purpose for him and his family. He is bringing  his precious past while he crafts a new future. He wants this for his children and for all new generations to come.
