Arak Barakat Signature Series
Our five times distilled Signature series starts with hand selecting our Palestinian Zeini and Dabouki grapes, which are then fermented and distilled twice to get an exceptionally limited amount of "hearts" of the finest grape alcohol. The Hearts are then distilled three more times with fresh green Anise seeds for added smoothness and more flavor. The spirit then rests to maturation for at least twelve months resulting in an extremely delicate, ultra premium fine ARAK!
